For those units who have fireplaces/chimneys, an inspection and cleaning if necessary must be completed during the months of June, July, and August, with certificates supplied to the Association by September 15, 2021. We are negotiating a bulk price for this and will send the information to you shortly.

Dryer duct cleaning is required every two years and was last due in 2020. You may have recently received an e-mail from APEX, who has performed our Association-wide dryer duct cleanings and chimney inspections for the last several years, that says the dryer duct cleanings are due this year, which is incorrect.  You may disregard this e-mail as the Association does not require dryer duct cleanings this year and will be due next year, in 2022.  However, homeowners are always welcome to clean the dryer ducts more frequently if they wish.
