A letter was recently mailed out by Plainsboro Township regarding Sewer Service Line Repair, and introducing a new, voluntary service repair program which provides repair coverage for outside sewer lines.

This letter was most likely sent to all property owners in Plainsboro; including condo communities such as Ravens Crest East and Aspen, for whom it has no relevance. 

Our common elements, including the main sewer lines, are maintained by your Condo Association. If there is a failure, requiring repairs to a broken or leaking main sewer line, management will make arrangements to have it repaired immediately, at no additional cost to you.

Therefore, you may disregard these letters. Do not enroll in this service line repair program.  We will be following up with the Township to find out why they were not more selective with their mailing, and to prevent similar errors in the future.
