We have just learned that Sue Cunningham has passed away this evening (Oct. 25, 2010) after a recent illness. She was the Senior District Manager for Ravens Crest East between 2004 and 2010. Sue was a key person in the preparation for the Renovation Project and a respected advisor to the Board of Directors.

Susan Cunningham was a Senior District Manager with Executive Property Management, having more than eighteen years experience in the Community and Property Management field. She built on this experience by attending various continuing educational courses offered through Community Associations Institute (CAI), as well as for the past eight years, serving on, and previously chairing, a committee for the New Jersey CAI Chapter. As a fellow condominium owner and past Vice-President of her community’s Board of Directors, she possessed the unique ability to see things from both a condo owner and manager perspective. She has received her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation, had successfully completed the courses required for the PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation. Ms. Cunningham had been our on-site Senior District Manager since August, 2004 through 2010 and oversaw the daily operations for the community.
