Please be advised that the Wednesday, September 23, 2009 Open Board Meeting has been canceled, due to the fact that there is no current pressing business, and the Board may be utilizing the time to finalize the Renovation Project financing arrangements for the homeowners.  Within the next week, you will be receiving replacement coupons with your new monthly payment amounts, which starts October 1, 2009.

The next regularly scheduled open meeting date is WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2009 at 7:30 p.m., and will be held at the On-Site Management Office.
