Grill Usage and Storage Rules

It has come to our attention that despite being against the Rules and Regulations of the Ravens Crest East at Princeton Meadows Condominium Association, many people have been using and/or storing propane gas and/or charcoal grills on the property.

Please be reminded that only electric grills are permitted, and no gas or charcoal grill is permitted to be used or stored anywhere on the condominium property or within a unit, on a balcony or patio, or in a storage closet.

Anyone found with a gas or charcoal grill will receive a violation letter copied to the Plainsboro Township Fire Marshall and Housing Department.  Failure to dispose of the grill or remove it from the property will result in the grill being confiscated, and will subject the tenant and/or unit owner to fines from both the Association and the Township.

The Association does maintain a charcoal grill for the residents' use at the pool.  Anyone wishing to use this grill may do so, however, you can only access the pool area with a valid 2009 pool pass.  The Board is also looking into purchasing additional grills for this area, allowing more people to have access.  You can contact the Management Office at (609) 275-7353 for more information.

These rules are in place for your safety, and the safety of the Community and all of your neighbors.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
