On March 3rd, all Unit Owners were mailed Official Notice of the 2009 Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Election, which is to take place at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at the Plainsboro Municipal Building; Rooms A&B. This package also contained your Absentee Ballot, the Candidate Résumés, and a postage-paid, pre-addressed envelope for your use in returning this Absentee Ballot.
It is imperative that all Unit Owners return this Absentee Ballot to the On-Site Management Office by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2009.
Should you decide to attend this important Meeting, you may always rescind your Absentee Ballot at the Meeting and fill out a new one at that time, should you decide to change your vote. We urge your participation because failure to receive the required number of ballots results in increased mailing and administrative costs to you, the Unit Owner.
