Please be advised that the Wednesday, January 28, 2009 Open Board Meeting has been canceled due to the Board’s need to finalize the financing details of the Renovation Project. We hope to have the financing finalized with the information sent to all homeowners shortly.

The next regularly scheduled Open Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2009. A map and agenda will be posted for this Meeting at that time. If you have a pending request to the Board of Directors, it will be discussed at the February meeting, if you do not hear from us sooner.
