Morris Engineering, LLC, Engineer

For the past decade the firm's principal, Steven J. Morris, P.E., R.S., formerly of Frost, Christenson and Associates, has been providing engineering solutions and project  management to building and property owners.  Steven Morris has worked on such remediation projects as Aspen, located in Plainsboro, NJ and Princeton Landing, located in Princeton, NJ.

Morris Engineering's expert team includes Keith Giliberti, EIT and Eric T. Vogt, EIT.  Both Eric and Keith have extensive experience in building and site remediation.

Morris Engineering is based in Somerville, NJ and has been working as the Association's engineer since January of 2008.

KPI2 has been in business since 1997 and is based in Morrisville, PA.  The principal owners are John Kulpinski and Darek Falkowski. They have performed numerous renovation projects to homeowner associations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
  
Paul O' Brien, Renovation Project Facilitator

Paul acts as a liaison to facilitate communications and coordinate activities between the Board, residents, contractor and supervising engineer. He will develop and track schedules, handle preparation visits, keep residents informed regarding renovation activities, field resident questions and funnel any resident complaints back to the appropriate party.
 
Previously, Paul managed several assisted living facilities, worked for health care organizations, and as a real estate broker. He is a graduate of Pace University and has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Kean University. He is a life-long resident of New Jersey, and lives in Plainsboro with his wife Denise and daughter Bridget.
