Homeowners who's principal residence is Ravens Crest East may be eligible for the "Nonbusiness Energy Property Credit" for tax year 2009 and 2010.  The Association had installed qualifying fiberglass utility closet and full-lite doors as part of a warranty replacement.  Regardless if your unit was renovated in 2008 or 2009, you may be eligible to declare your interest of the Association installed items on your personal income tax return in 2010 for the doors which were installed in 2010.  The specific amounts have been specified in the attached letter.
